Dear Parents and Carers of our Worcester Park, Kingston and Stoneleigh Nurseries,
We hope everyone enjoyed the month of May. It has been a month full of royal celebrations and beautiful weather – we enjoyed hearing all about the children’s trips to the seaside!
During May the children enjoyed exploring different types of recycling materials, and made their own transport models using recyclable items. The children enjoyed learning about people who help us, and enjoyed talking about professions, comparing their own families’ profession.  The children also enjoyed playing in our travel agents role play area, they had fun making their own passports and looking through travel brochures.
Our Worcester Park Nursery enjoyed a special visit from ‘Zoo Lab’, a live reptile and mini beast workshop. The children had the opportunity to touch and meet different types of reptiles, such as, a snake and a lizard. Zoo Lab will be visiting our other branches in the near future when they are next in the area.
Take a look at our gallery of photographs of what the children have been learning and exploring from the month of May at our nurseries……………………………………….

Parent Partnership – Reminders and Notable Dates:
    Security of Nursery Front Door
Please can we emphasise the importance of ensuring the front door is closed properly when entering and leaving the building. This is for the safety of all the children.

    Holidays and Absences
Please can we remind all Parents/Carers to email the nursery in advance with any holiday dates or absences. If your child is unwell and cannot attend their session, we also require this in an email. This is required under our Prevent Duty safeguarding requirements.

Pre-School Academy – Children transitioning to School this September, 2018
Please can we remind all Parents/Carers, if your child is starting school this September, we do require 2 calendar months’ notice of your child’s official leaving date. Of course you can give more than 2 months, but this is the minimum requirement.
